Main tasks:
Lead and developed the assigned Customer Logistics Team to be the main and only interface between the customer and all relevant functions upon customer order receipt, including the order entry and the order monitoring (Order- to Cash)
Ensure all relevant workflows and processes (Order- & Complaint Management)
Implement/ Ensure customer requirements
Monitor the incoming orders and comparison with the contracted quantity
Ensure work organization and optimize processes
Ensure in time and accurate (quality) realization of tasks and transparent communication
Review and approve the appointment, the employment, the transfer or the termination of all employees and resolve any conflicts
Optimize tasks and workload
Get actively involved in training activities for the Team, as well as participate in developing own skills and knowledge
Monitor regularly the efficiency of the implemented improvement activities and initiate corrective measures
Report of Customer Logistics key figures
Monitor and ensure compliance with planned budget and cost targets
Be responsible for internal and external audits
Lead / Participate in Projects
We are looking for:
Completed studies e.g. Business Administration (Bachelor/ Master)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of SCM / Customer Logistics
First experience in leading projects
First leadership experience desirable
1- 3 years of experience in working with international customers and business partners, understanding foreign cultures
Fluent in English
