Process Expert NPM

Your Tasks: 

- Process Expert for Non-Production Material (NPM/indirect) purcasing processes and tools

- Coordinate and launch NPM purchasing automatic tools in multiple local ERP systems (SAP R3 & S/4).

- Partcipation in migration projects

- Perform as admin/key-user to suport continuous improving 

- Implementation and standardization of the corporate NPM purchaing proceses in the region Europe

- Conduct training to improve and optimize awareness of NPM processes in purchasing and other functions

- Performanace monitor on automated order KPI of ZF locations in region Europe

Requirements:

- University degree 

- Profound experience in purchasing related position (NPM prefeered)

- Profound knowledge in master data handling and IT systems related to purchasing

- Project Management skills, experience in leading purchasing related system rollout projects is a plus

- Experience in MM module in ERP systems, SAP or other integration platforms as a plus

- Fluent in spoken and written English, further language skill like German highly appriciated

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Apps is a plus

- Strong competency in presentation, moderation and social communication

- Cultural awareness and intercultural skill as part of an international team of prcoess experts

Monthly wage from € 1 990. The possibility of being offered a higher salary for this position depends on qualifications and experience
