All about the role

As a Junior Customer Service Agent you’re responsible for answering client and restaurant queries via phone, chat and email. You’ll help find solutions to a range of issues – from delayed orders to restaurant requests – and communicate them in a clear and friendly way.

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Communicate with customers and partners using email, chat and phone
• Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Update information about restaurants in our system e.g. opening hours, menus etc.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely order confirmation
• Collaborate with your teammates to ensure high level customer satisfaction

• Passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction
• Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems 
• Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach
• Embraces ownership and accountability
• Great teammate, willing to share and adopt ideas and best practice with professionalism and respect
• Experience in a customer facing role is a plus
