One of the leading international tech companies is looking for OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their growing operations in Bratislava.

You will be managing international multilingual team which is focused on driving results, using a combination of direct interaction with the vendor and promoting usage of self-service solutions leveraging company's technology enhancements.

Responsibilities

• You will be leading a team of Account Managers, including Team Managers tasked with complex account goals, problems and projects.
• You will be responsible to build diverse and inclusive team with focus on the effective recruitment, performance management, coaching and promotions.
• You are a self-starter with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Your day usually includes leading your team members (1:1, team huddles) to accomplish product category business goals, resolve problems and drive projects â by inventing, evolving or optimizing processes and solutions - making trade-offs and adjusting team priorities. 

What are we looking for/Skills and Requirements

• 4 years plus professional experience within Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management, Business Development, E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, Business-to-Business (B2B), Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations.
• 2 years plus experience in people management, with proven track record to build inclusive and engaging teams in highly paced environment.
• Bachelor or Masters degree
• Fluent level of English; additional language advantage

• Salary depending on experience and skillset: starting from 3900 EUR gross per month
