Čo od vás očakávame?

  • Skúsenosti v oblasti účtovníctva, financií, kontrolingu, daní alebo auditu a schopnosť dobre sa orientovať v slovenských účtovných štandardoch,
  • znalosť ERP systémov (napr. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics NAV/365 atď.),
  • schopnosť analyzovať, navrhovať a implementovať procesy,
  • „people skills”, t. j. schopnosť vybudovať, riadiť, motivovať a rozvíjať tím,
  • dobré komunikačné a vyjednávacie schopnosti v anglickom a slovenskom jazyku,
  • projektový manažment a organizačné schopnosti, ktoré sú potrebné pri súbežnom riadení viacerých klientov či projektov,
  • znalosť finančných procesov (O2C, P2P, R2R, FCC atď.), schopnosť ich analýzy, revízie a (re-)dizajnu,
  • pochopenie technológií a schopnosť ich aplikovať vo finančných procesoch a v účtovníctve,
  • business development – schopnosť definovať a implementovať stratégiu „go-to-market” pre jednotlivé ponuky služieb.

Vaša budúca pracovná pozícia

Budete zodpovedať za domácich a zahraničných klientov a všetky s nimi súvisiace činnosti.

Čaká vás rozmanitá práca a vedenie rôznych projektov v týchto oblastiach:

  • finančná transformácia a nastavenie procesov (financie, účtovníctvo, kontroling atď.),
  • change management a project management (riadenie zmien a projektové riadenie),
  • capacity solutions – pomáhame našim klientom dočasne vyriešiť nedostatok kapacít na rôznych pozíciách v oblasti financií a účtovníctva prostredníctvom odborníkov Deloitte,[p1]
  • analýza ERP systémov, odporúčanie a prípadná implementácia nového systému.
  • Budete zodpovedať za vedenie tímu zloženého zo senior a junior kolegov, ktorých budete vďaka svojmu know-how posúvať ďalej v ich kariére.
