For our location in Levice, Slovakia, we are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Controlling for a growing factory (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Create and implement the financial strategy; define the annual budget and implement rolling forecasts
Prepare reporting packages, analysis data and management information to support decision makers
Manage cost, profit, invest, working capital and cash flow
Lead the Finance & Controlling team; review, analyze and monitor operating results in relation to costs, budgets and operating policies
Direct and control accounting functions as well as liaise with accounting shared services and internal and external auditors
Ensure ZF group procedures & policies, IFRS, local GAAP & tax law
Ensure coordination and optimization of standard processes between 2 local factories and shared service functions

Your profile:

Graduated from related departments of universities, Master's degree is a plus
At least 7 years of experience in Financial Affairs including Plant Controlling, Product-Calculation and Leadership experience
Knowledge of SAP FI&CO Modules, MS Office, BI
Fluent in English, German language would be an asset
Problem solver with strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
Familiar with acting in an international environment

We offer:
