This position is available as a maternity leave cover for a period of 9-12 months, with potential to become a permanent role afterwards.

About the Role

As a member of the Graphic Design team, your role involves developing communication and marketing assets across various platforms, ensuring they adhere to Swiss Re's CI/CD. You are tasked with full project management responsibilities, ensuring projects are successful from start to end. Encourage innovation and productivity by collaborating with colleagues and internal partners/stakeholders.

About the Team

The Media Services team, experts in Graphics Design and Video Production, serves as Swiss Re's go-to for creating content suitable for all relevant channels while complying with the company's CI/CD. As a dynamic and innovative group with extensive abilities and a diverse portfolio, we embrace experimentation and work collaboratively.

About You

Your enthusiasm lies in devising innovative design solutions, similarly to how you enjoy producing well-organized financial reports.

Essentials:

An educational foundation in graphic design coupled with a minimum 3 years of practical experience. Skilled/Proficient in using Adobe software suite. Proficient in engaging, advising, consulting, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Expertise in English is crucial

Nice to have:

Skilled/Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Experience in operating content management systems (e.g. WORKIVA, censhare) Expertise in the preparation of financial reports Fluency in German would be highly advantageous.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2 000 and EUR 2 800 per month (for a full-time role).

The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
