Join a dynamic and global team within our Packaging and Labeling department, which operates across six countries: Mexico, Denmark, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, and the UK. With over 20 team members worldwide, our department is committed to delivering packaging and labeling solutions for multiple business units.

Place of work: Priemyselný park 3, Michalovce, Slovakia.
Wage (gross) and other rewards: Minimum 1000€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + annual global incentive plan-bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

About the Role:

As part of the global Packaging and Labeling team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining artwork for product packaging, instruction for use and labels, ensuring they meet the needs of different products and business units. You will work closely with our international team to bring creative packaging ideas to life while adhering to global design standards and brand guidelines.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Graphic Designer:

• Update Existing Artworks: Revise and enhance instruction for use, packaging and labeling designs in line with the latest business unit requirements.
• Create New Artworks: Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging and labeling designs for a wide range of products and markets.
• Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with colleagues from different regions to ensure consistency, compliance, and creativity across all artwork, such as marketing, commercial, quality, regulatory affairs, manufacturing.
• Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and global standards while addressing local market needs.
• Contribute to Process Improvement: Provide input on ways to enhance the efficiency and quality of the artwork production process.
• Development: Having willingness to learn new concepts and function in the arena of packaging and labeling.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven knowledge to work in MacOS environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good English skills both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to contribute to creative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
• Working knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender) is an advantage.
• Wacom Tablet skills are advantageous.
