Network Partner Fronting Team Member

Become a key member of our Network Partner Fronting Team and take on a challenging role that will allow you to work independently on your portfolio, collaborate with our Network Partners, and help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

As a Partner Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of Global Programs by supporting Network Partners around the globe in servicing International Insurance Programs for Global Corporate Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support transactional business and coordinate local policy and invoice issuance process using our IT tools
  • Support the local policy quality control process, ensuring policies are issued in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support and supervise local premium collection process for Network Partners policies
  • Collect and document knowledge of individual Network Partners, their capabilities, market specifics, and local regulations
  • Support process improvement initiatives and the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who:

  • Is proficient in Business English and French language
  • Can build and maintain effective relations in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Has the ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently as well as part of a team, and deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Is goal-oriented and willing to continuously learn and improve

Additional Assets

  • Any other European language is an advantage
  • Prior internship or professional experience in Operations, Finance, International Business is a plus
