Senior Recruiter

Join our dynamic recruitment team in Bratislava. We seek a colleague with 3+ years of recruitment experience, great communication skills and fluency in English. Responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment processes, building relationships with hiring managers and offering advises on local talent/market.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from initiative call with hiring manager to offer letter.
  
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the EMEA region.
  
• Offer advises on local talent/market and understand local labor law.
  
• Participate in external events and/or lead job-related projects.
  

We are a team of 18 professionals in Bratislava and Zurich overseeing hiring in the EMEA region. Our biggest locations are Zurich, Bratislava, Munich and London.

• 
  
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment.
  
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  
• Great communication skills.
  
• Fluent in English (other European languages a plus).
  

The base salary range for this position is between 1800 EUR and 2900 EUR per month (full-time role). Salary is based on requirements, complexity and responsibilities of the role, and the applicant's own profile.
