Welcome new restaurants to the platform as a Sales Administrator, ensuring a successful start for each partner.
About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, verifying accuracy of files, processing contracts, and organizing restaurant partners for online launch. You will also contact new partners to welcome them and prepare them for going online on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of files received from sales team
- Process contracts by adding information in our system
- Organize list of restaurant partners ready to go online
- Contact new partners to welcome them and prepare them for online launch
- Work closely with team and other departments for excellent results
- Support in occasional projects
- Relevant work experience in sales administration, customer services, or after sales
- Perfect communication skills in Slovak and good in English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and persistence, able to solve issues or complaints
