We're Hiring: Territory Sales Representative - Your Mission: Empower Customer Success

Your Role: In this vital position, you're not merely a sales representative; you're a key partner in our overarching goal to ensure customer success. Spending 90% of your time in the field, your mission is to deepen relationships with our existing partners and forge new ones, introducing them to the vast array of programs and services Orgill offers. Your efforts will directly impact our customers' success, bringing them the solutions they need to grow and thrive in a competitive marketplace.

The Territory: Saskatchewan

How You'll Contribute:

  • Champion customer success by introducing Orgill's comprehensive range of programs beyond Smart Start, including inventory management, retail pricing strategies, store layout and design services, and cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. Your goal is to tailor these offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of each customer.
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance their success, using Orgill's extensive program offerings to meet their evolving needs.
  • Expand our customer base with compelling, customized sales proposals that highlight how Orgill's programs can propel their business forward.
  • Be a visible and proactive presence at Orgill Dealer Markets, optimizing every interaction to reinforce our commitment to customer success.
  • Maintain up-to-the-minute industry and product knowledge, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor dedicated to our customers' growth and success.
  • Devise and implement targeted action plans, focusing on significant sales activities and strategic visits that prioritize customer needs and success.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, ensuring you're always prepared to offer targeted support and solutions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Dedicated professionals with a passion for customer success and a comprehensive understanding of the hardware industry.
  • Exceptional communicators adept at building relationships centered around supporting and enhancing customer success.
  • Self-driven individuals who thrive on the satisfaction of contributing to the success of others.
  • Tech-savvy candidates proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, and MS Office, using these tools to further customer success.
  • Those with at least two years' experience in the wholesale or retail hardware industry, eager to apply their knowledge to drive our customers' success.
  • Valid drivers with clean records, ready to travel extensively across designated territories to advocate for and support our customers.
  • Those with the ability to travel to the United States
