About the Team

You will be a member of the HR Organisational Management team, consisting of Associates and Specialists responsible for maintaining the global organisation and position structure. This includes overseeing reorganisations in Swiss Re, acting as a global data maintenance governance body, performing personnel administrational tasks to ensure that data is entered in accordance with our global guidelines. You will support colleagues within designated organisational units while consulting the wider HR community and other business functions on the system implementation of reorganisations.

This position is a unique opportunity to gain experience in working with various HR teams across the globe, collaborate within a multinational team, learn more about Swiss Re's organisational management, gain exposure in the local Bratislava office and work with the newest HR systems.

About the Role


• Supporting team members (Associates & Specialists) performing organizational and position management topics by handling ticket requests and other administrative tasks

• Maintaining position and organization related data in internal tools

• Interacting with various HR departments and other functions across the organization

• Performing data quality checks and coordinating the correction with respective HR teams

• Supporting the team with global personnel administrational tasks and processes

• Contributing to team initiatives as needed

• Performing other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

• Providing cover for roles in other teams

• Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

About You


• Experience with data management or administrative type of job is an advantage

• Very solid communication skills in both Slovak and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with global and diverse teams

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for both individual and teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

• The ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations

• A client-orientated mindset

• Great attention to detail, reliability, precision, diligence, and work ethic

• MS Excel experience is an advantage

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 7 EUR gross/hour.
