We're looking for a driven Application Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for problem-solving, enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, and want to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work alongside Account Executives to provide technical expertise, project estimates, and support during the design and proposal phase.
  • Help develop accurate project cost estimates and scopes of work in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Prepare customer proposals and quote letters, including project takeoffs, spec reviews, and RFQ/RFI submissions.
  • Ensure a fast response to client needs by delivering technical selections, specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to manage project timelines, execution, and forecasts.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to design solutions that meet contract, site coordination, and installation requirements.
What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Degree in Engineering (recent graduates welcome).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with professionalism, adaptability, and persistence.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on engineering experience.
