What you will do:

  • Support management in data analysis and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to expose management.
  • Assist in the development of analytical models to evaluate business performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation.

How you will do it:

  • Utilize data analysis tools and software to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Coordinate with IT and technical teams to streamline data collection processes.
  • Participate in meetings with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and expose management.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Information Security and Security Operations area.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset.

Our benefits

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
