Cloud Finance and Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Finance and Operations Specialist to enhance our internal SAP team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in finance and related modules, with a strong understanding of business processes. You will support configuration, continuous improvement, and rollout of solutions across Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Manufacturing (PP), and Sales (SD) processes.

• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in the areas of FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD
• Ensure correct setup and operation of Chart of Accounts, tax settings, and statutory reporting (e.g., Intrastat)
• Own the functional side of Central Invoice Management (CIM) – configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution
• Support finance, procurement, and production teams in month-end processes, costing, and inventory valuation
• Assist with structure reviews and configuration updates (e.g., work centres, cost objects, COGS accounts)
• Coordinate with business stakeholders (Finance leadership, AP, Procurement, Production, Sales) to align requirements
• Handle business role and authorization setup using Central Business Configuration (CBC)
• Document configurations, changes, and support knowledge transfer across teams

• 3+ years of experience with SAP, including at least 1 year with S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge in finance and controlling, with practical configuration experience
• Background as an accountant or controller with an understanding of business processes
• Familiarity with tax reporting, integration points (e.g., MRP, returns, goods movements), and end-user support
• Experience working with business roles, permissions, and CBC
• Proficient in English and Slovak

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Signavio, or similar tools
• SAP certification (e.g., S/4HANA for Financial Accounting)
• Exposure to international accounting standards (Swiss GAAP is a plus)
