Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, aligning with business goals and objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, leveraging lean principles and analytics.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and development opportunities.
• Manage talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and operational experience in manufacturing or CPG industries.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data, drive business decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Engineer with a strong understanding of financial acumen, project management, and industrial maintenance.
