As a key member of the Johnson Controls team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance to our application engineers and account executives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed cost estimates and scopes of work for assigned projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and other customer communication documents to effectively communicate project requirements and expectations.
  • Mentor junior engineers on fire systems reading blueprints and instructions to ensure compliance with quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop designs that meet contract requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Dutch (B2 level).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with fire systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
