  • You will create and manage employment contracts and other related documents.

  • Support will be provided to supervisors and employees on all personnel administrative matters.

  • Communication with relevant bodies will be handled, including works councils and external institutions.

  • The HR Operations team will work with you to maintain HR data integrity.

  • Employee data will be managed in the HR information system.

The BEM Process (workplace integration management program) will also be supported and administered.
