S&you by SYNERGIE's growing Payroll team requires a Senior payroll analyst with French skills. You will support our french-speaking market, working from various locations.

Main duties involve:

  • Optimizing payroll processes in partnership with the Operational Excellence team
  • Evolving your career through Payroll Academy and other professional development opportunities
  • Executing your own projects
  • Compiling and authenticating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for payroll computations

You will conduct thorough payroll reviews and analyses, collaborating with the HR Services team on employee inquiries, regulatory updates and country-specific concerns.

After payroll processing, you will report to local authorities and finance teams.
