Job Title: IT Application Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our Application Support team. As a chapter lead, you will guide your team towards a common purpose and coach fellow engineers to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT application DevOps and be able to develop, maintain, and improve our IT application landscape. You will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and improvements of the team's delivery, as well as play a crucial role in developing chapter members.

You will work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for various IT initiatives and projects. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and management of IT security measures, ensuring compliance with security standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, including at least 3 years of people management
• Fluent English language skills
• Service mentality and passion for working in an innovative team
• Fast learning ability and willingness to apply new technologies and solutions
• Passion for your field of expertise and ambition to grow as a person and professional
