Seeking highly motivated university students to participate in our Business Center and contribute to various administrative or communicative roles.Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Agent:

Provide excellent customer service, handle incoming enquiries, and manage orders from receiving purchase orders through payment receipt excluding transportation.

  • Process Excellence Coordinator:

Assist in designing and managing end-to-end standard business processes integrated across functions, units, and geographies.

  • Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Ensure timely cash collection from customers worldwide through effective enquiry management and timely action on outstanding debt.

  • Procurement Clerk:

Cover all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, employee expense reports, and inter-company invoices from receipt to payment, including helpdesk support, account reconciliation, invoice compliance, and reporting.

Besides these roles, we also have opportunities in HR or IT.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • University student preferably from finance/economic school, students with other areas of study are welcome
  • Able to work approximately 20 hours/week
  • Intermediate level of English language + nice to have any other language such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Team spirit/approach
  • Experience with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook) is an advantage
  • Previous experience in related areas is welcome
