We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing content in both Slovak and English across various platforms, ensuring adherence to community policies and escalating issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review content in Slovak and English for age-appropriateness, violence, and sensitive content
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to improve content policies and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong command of Slovak (minimum C1 level) and English (C1 level)
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and graphic materials
  • Eligibility to work in Greece via an EU passport or a valid residence permit
  • No prior experience required, but content moderation or customer support experience is a plus
