This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and innovation objectives by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent for our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and publishing compelling job postings that showcase our brand and values.
• Coordinating interview schedules and managing communications between candidates and stakeholders.
• Reviewing and shortlisting applications to find the perfect match for our team, conducting active search.
• Conducting interviews.
• Collaborating closely with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Representing us at schools, career events, and job fairs.
• Analyzing recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Advising management on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and selection.

• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally 3 - 4 years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant management systems.
• Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• A genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with opportunities and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
