Senior Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network security solutions to protect our clients' assets. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and VPNs.
  • Analyze customer environments to identify potential security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Configure and deploy custom security setups based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Fine-tune solutions to ensure that they meet defined acceptance criteria and fully align with client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or Cybersecurity Specialist with networking background.
  • Ability to effectively translate customer requirements into technical architectures and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and deployment of security technologies, including Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
  • Ability to analyze data and a solid understanding of threat detection mechanisms within DPI, IDS, or IPS systems.
  • Practical experience with containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proficiency with Linux-based operating systems.
  • Strong technical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
