We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused individual to work with a diverse group of people.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries and offering solutions, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, fluency in Slovak (written & spoken), good command of English, previous experience in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and tech-savviness.
