Our client is a global online business that is growing its payroll team in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in payroll who can make a positive impact on our organization's success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to improving processes, developing their career through training and development opportunities, running their own projects, gathering and validating data from various teams, performing payroll controls and analyses, cooperating with the HR Services team on employee queries, legislative updates, and country-specific queries, and executing post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
