Job Description

We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent to drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on job posting, active use of applicant tracking systems, CV and phone screening, arranging and conducting interviews, actively sourcing candidates, managing and developing candidate pipelines, participating in external activities to promote the company, maintaining data, and keeping trackers up-to-date.

You will work closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates on progress and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
