Senior Full Stack Developer Opportunity

Our client, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with talented developers, and drive business growth.

About the Role
  • This position involves developing and maintaining software applications using .NET Framework and frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with object-oriented programming concepts, relational databases, and cloud-based services.
  • As a senior developer, you will mentor junior colleagues, lead architectural design, and participate in project-related ceremonies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT, preferably in full-stack development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with popular source control tools and containerization techniques.
  • Knowledge of document-based databases and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software developers, coach, and motivate team members, driving engagement and motivation.
  • Participate in various technical discussions, ensuring alignment within other development teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, proposing technical advances based on newer technologies.
  • Maintain quality-oriented mindset with testable code, identify testable areas, and contribute towards increasing code coverage.
