S&you by SYNERGIE is expanding its Payroll team in the Slovak and Czech republics. As a Senior payroll analyst with French, you will be supporting our french-speaking market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team
- Developing your career through Payroll Academy and other available trainings
- Managing your own projects
- Gathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for payroll calculations
You will perform series of payroll controls and analyses including comparison of input vs. output data, cooperate with the HR Services team on employee queries, legislative updates and country-specific queries.
Post-payroll activities involve reporting to local authorities and finance teams.
