Czech Language Professional Opportunities

We are seeking a qualified Czech language professional to fill two exciting roles: Content Moderator and Customer Support Agent.

• Content Moderator:
• Monitor and review user-generated content for compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Flag, escalate, and manage sensitive or inappropriate material.
• Contribute to creating a safe and respectful digital environment.

• Customer Support Agent:
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Czech language: C1-C2 level.
• English: B1 or higher.
• EU citizenship or valid work visa.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
