The role of Senior Payroll Analyst will involve working closely with the Operational Excellence team to improve processes. This will include developing and implementing new procedures, as well as ensuring existing ones are running smoothly. You will have the opportunity to develop your career by joining our Payroll Academy and taking part in various training programs. The ability to run your own projects and take ownership of your work is also key to this role.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for payroll calculations. You will also be responsible for performing series of payroll controls and analyses, including comparison of input vs. output data. Additionally, you will cooperate with the HR Services team on employee queries, legislative updates, and country-specific queries.

You will execute post-payroll activities, reporting to local authorities and finance teams. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in this role.
