Job Title: Recruitment Specialist with Italian

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, preferably gained in an agency environment, and be fluent in Italian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for our Italian team
  • Managing candidate pools and ensuring seamless recruitment processes
  • Phone pre-screening of candidates and booking interviews & assessments
  • Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters
  • Handling administrative tasks in our internal HR system
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Fluent Italian language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • MS Office - user-level knowledge
  • Great communication & organization skills
