European Financial Controller for South Eastern Europe

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Controller to oversee our financial operations in South Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, and data analysis.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for companies in SEE according to IFRS standards.
• Develop and maintain group databases with legal, operational, and financial information for SEE companies.
• Support implementation of Group Guidelines and participate in finance-related projects in the SEE region.
• Provide financial analyses and management reporting with group KPIs to the operational management and group.
• Maintain high accuracy in financial data entry and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent directly-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or controlling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize appropriately in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with complex data and information.
• Experience with consolidation and budgeting system or databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
