Key Responsibilities:

  • The IT Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing Treasury IT systems, ensuring their efficiency and compliance.

  • Technical support, troubleshooting issues, and leading change management activities are key responsibilities of this position.

  • This individual is responsible for recommending modifications to Treasury IT systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Operating software components for network communications, servers, and storage is also an essential duty.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations across domains is another critical responsibility.

  • Risk assessments on projects with the IT architecture team are an important part of this role.

  • Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support for IT infrastructure and applications is a vital function.

  • Detecting and resolving incidents and service requests through diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is also a key responsibility.

  • Liaising with vendors and service teams to resolve incidents and problems is another critical duty.

  • Identifying solutions for recurring issues to minimize downtime is essential.

  • FOLLOWING UP with internal finance customers to confirm problem resolution and solicit feedback is another important function.

  • Staying updated on system patches, enhancements, and security vulnerabilities is a continuous requirement.

  • Implementing standardized methods for efficient incident and problem management is another key responsibility.

  • Developing and maintaining change management policies and processes. Coordinating change management activities aligning with business requirements.

  • Maintaining records of authorized changes, ensuring they are planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed.

  • Collaborating with delivery teams to oversee deployments.

  • Designing Management Information Systems and reporting metrics.

  • Leading SOX compliance tasks with management, stakeholders, and ITGC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in service delivery, application management, business relationship management, or project management within Finance or similar corporate processes.

  • Proficiency with databases and SQL.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Capable of handling cross-functional tasks simultaneously.

  • Maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
