We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team as an HR Advisory Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of our HR operations and delivering high-quality services to our stakeholders.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR Operations, with a strong understanding of HR issues, including employee relations and HR policies.
  • They will also possess a proven proactive approach and ability to make fact-driven decisions, along with understanding when further HR team involvement is required.
  • The role involves managing multiple tasks and working independently on HR issues and projects.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters.
  2. Building and maintaining effective relationships with EMEA management and employees.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR Operations, with a focus on employee relations and HR policies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
