Job Description

The Systems and Tools Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT systems, applications, and tools.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document and share knowledge with colleagues, promoting best practices and facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including Development, Operations, and Suppliers, to ensure seamless integration and information exchange.
