Senior Trim Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trim Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of trim solutions for our automotive clients.

• Operation and control of one or more development projects from concept to production readiness as well as the support of team members in these projects
• Pattern development for initial prototype from the LECTRA software output
• Improvement of the patterns based on the quality and production plan feedback

• Secondary school with school-leaving examination
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction methods in the area of trim development
• Experience in production planning, coordinating of working tasks is an advantage

• Base monthly salary starting from 1600 Eur gross
• 13th salary
