Job Description:
The role of Cyber Security Strategist is to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their cyber security challenges and enhancement/transformation initiatives. This involves working with senior leadership to assess, review and advise on client high-level enterprise security architecture and identify gaps and areas for improvements.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and advising on organization set-up of security teams and high-level processes, assessing effectiveness of deployed security solutions against client cyber security priorities and business criticalities, and evaluating client overall cyber security strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in design/transformation/executions of major technology/organization/process changes with company-wide impact, and experience with cyber security solutions and information technologies on corporate level.
In addition, the candidate should be able to effectively communicate and represent the organization externally at different levels, including CxO levels in corporate clients.
Market and client development skills with excellent market and client knowledge and proven sales record are also required.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity product portfolio & services or major global vendors is essential.
Outcome oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter & self-driven individual who can work effectively as part of a team is desired.
Sharp decision making and outcome focus, ability to adapt to different cultures quickly, and curious about market and technology trends as well as emerging risks are key attributes for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in advisory, preferable Big4 or similar.
- Track record in design/transformation/executions of major technology/organization/process changes with company-wide impact.
- Track record in advising corporate customers on cyber security and technology, across various industries.
- Strong experience with cyber security solutions and information technologies on corporate level.
- Able to effectively communicate and represent the organization externally at different levels, including CxO levels in corporate clients.
- Market and client development skills with excellent market and client knowledge and proven sales record.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity product portfolio & services or major global vendors.
- Outcome oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter & self-driven individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
