Program Manager

This role is accountable for driving growth initiatives, tracking performance, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager represents the organization in regular meetings, providing clear updates on owned programs.

The position collaborates with senior stakeholders across functions and branches to lead growth initiatives, analyze business performance, and facilitate problem-solving efforts to achieve growth targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch Growth Initiatives and Programs by collaborating with leaders across regions, countries, and branches

  • Track and analyze individual country performance, identifying challenges to meet growth targets

  • Facilitate discussions to resolve underperforming KPIs, working closely with service leadership and regional/country teams

  • Implement best-in-class program management practices, including cadence planning and impact assessment

  • Provide analytics using Excel and Power BI to support informed decision-making and drive service growth
