Visionary Technical Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Leader to drive our technical direction, architecture, and roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our technology strategy, managing and inspiring a talented group of engineers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

You will lead our company's technical direction, system architecture, and innovation efforts, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology trends and adoption. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems;
2. Managing and inspiring the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers;
3. Planning and executing the technical roadmap for our company and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery;
4. Serving as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency;
5. Keeping up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promoting exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space;
• Strong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred;
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript;
• Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment.

If you have:

• A proven track record of leading Web3 products from 0 to 1;
• Entrepreneurial experience or having served as a core technical leader in a startup.
