Senior Category Manager Role

The Senior Category Manager is responsible for driving strategic projects to improve commercial performance and managing category performance across assigned categories.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance local business growth
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers to optimize P&L and drive sustainable revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on trading strategy and drive business results
• Define and update assortment at a store level to meet customer needs and optimize order economics

• Experience in category management or grocery retail environment with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and relevant local language

Competitive salary range: €3.739—€5.608 EUR
