You will lead the development and management of a quality lab team responsible for product measurement. This includes implementing control plans, coaching operators and teams, and ensuring highly efficient and accurate processes.

You will also manage process verification teams responsible for assembly fixture measurement, shim, and process follow-up. Foreseeing and responding to fixture issues and production process geometry deviations is crucial.

In this role, you will lead process verification during project and running phases, coach teams using correct solutions and standards for geometry fixtures and verification, and keep teams developing through continuous improvement and lesson-learned methods.

You will also support production in solving issues related to fixtures and product geometry, communicating and cooperating with different shops to achieve company tasks.

We're looking for individuals with a university degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.

You should be passionate about Quality and action-oriented problem-solving, with a proven structured and advanced problem-solving experience.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, OEM experience from similar Car Plant roles within Geometry, and experience working with Geometrical Measurement systems, portable measurement equipment are required.

Leadership skills and an interest in leading and developing techniques and methodologies are essential.

Base monthly salary (gross) for this position starts from €1,850.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
