What’s the Job?As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support. You’ll assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
Handling inquiries efficiently and offering solutions
Providing accurate information about services and policies
Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
Updating customer records in the system
Working closely with internal teams to improve service quality
Fluent Slovak language skills (written & spoken)
Strong English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
