Lenovo Solutions Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analytics Specialist to join the APOS HQ team. Reporting to the APOS HQ Sr. Data Manager, you will help drive the adoption of trusted data, reporting, and self-service analytics across the organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape our business-managed analytics environment, create meaningful business impact, and work with modern AI-powered tools. You'll gain significant ownership from day one, with opportunities to grow into platform leadership, advanced analytics, automation, or data science roles over time. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, analytical, and passionate about helping businesses make smarter decisions through data. What You Will Do Own and enhance the Metabase Business Intelligence platform, ensuring a reliable, user-friendly, and well-governed analytics environment. Manage platform backend operations, including ETL coordination, data processing, permissions, performance tuning, and system monitoring. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, metrics, data models, and visualizations that support business decisions. Organize, curate, and document analytical assets to ensure stakeholders can easily access and leverage trusted insights. Drive user onboarding, training, and support, promoting self-service analytics and increasing platform adoption. Partner with business stakeholders and data owners to identify reporting needs, resolve data gaps, and improve data models. Monitor platform performance, collect user feedback, and recommend enhancements that improve the overall analytics experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement and operational stability of the APOS data ecosystem, enabling trusted, data-driven decision making across the organization. What You Will Bring Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, validate, and analyze data in relational database environments. Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, metrics, and other business intelligence assets for end users. Understanding of database administration concepts, including permissions, data structures, performance, and access management. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions. Experience supporting self-service analytics, data governance, content organization, and stakeholder enablement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Operations roles; exposure to Metabase, PostgreSQL, or other BI platform administration is a strong advantage. Nice to have: experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, knowledge of ETL processes or workflow orchestration, and Python skills for data analysis and automation.
