We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Quality Engineer whose primary mission is to ensure full compliance with customer quality requirements, drive the effectiveness of quality processes, and maintain strong, proactive communication between the customer and the plant organization. This role plays a key part in safeguarding product conformity, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire supply chain. The role of Customer Quality Engineer will be based in our Košice, Industrial Park Valaliky, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily customer communication, complaints, alerts, and quality inquiries.
- Analyze returned parts and perform on‑site evaluations at customer locations.
- Monitor customer quality indicators and report trends internally.
- Prepare and present initial samples for new products or product changes.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and authorize production stops when necessary.
- Implement and update control plans before SOP and during serial production.
- Verify product and process capability, manage deviations, and lead corrective actions.
- Participate in FMEA and problem‑solving activities (QRCI, 8D, Lessons Learned).
- Train operators, enforce quality standards, and perform product/process audits.
- Support supplier quality activities and track all customer‑related actions in customer portals.

Requirements:

- University degree in a technical field.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer quality or similar automotive quality roles.
- Slovak language – advanced; English language – intermediate.
- Hands-on experience in plastic parts, especially in areas such as visual quality, paint processes, and injection molding is an added value.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, 8D, control plans, capability studies).
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards and customer requirements.
- A valid driving license is a mandatory requirement for this role due to the need for permanent contact with the customer.
