Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00, 8 hours/day Languages: Slovak & English Relocation: Supported Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot non-technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain professional and accurate communication Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Slovak
- Fluent English
- Willing to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory Relocation Support Relocation assistance is provided, including temporary accommodation and support with settling in Sofia .
