Our Control Hub teams play a crucial role in providing guidance and standardized solutions for Non-Financial and IT Risk Key Control Testing at ING. Working in this role means collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines, regions, and backgrounds.

As an IT General Controls Tester, your primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct compliance assessments of information systems and application security against internal standards
- Perform IT Key Controls (SOX, Lifecycle) by validating evidence against the Minimum Standards
- Determine test effectiveness, document findings, and provide input for result evaluations
- Propose enhancements to testing methods, evidence requirements, work instructions, and automation
- Maintain clear communication with testing managers and evidence providers
- Additional duties in information security may be assigned as needed.
Although we value working together in person, remote collaboration is possible if you demonstrate independence and proactivity. While we appreciate remote work, we also enjoy having you in the office occasionally :).

Personality traits and skills we are looking for:
- Independent work capability
- IT industry experience (risk management, testing, service desk)
- Proactive and motivated attitude
- Ability to thrive in a corporate environment and handle pressure effectively
- Team player mentality and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with enterprise-level processes and controls, especially Sox testing
- Skill in optimizing risk and testing procedures
- Knowledge of SNOW ITRMP and CISSP/CISA certifications are advantageous

Monthly Gross Salary: 2.240 EUR
*Please note that the mentioned salary is the minimum offered for this position as per legal requirements. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview, but it will not be lower than the minimum mentioned.
