As the Senior Accountant, you'll be an integral part of an international team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and posting journal entries (e.g., travel expenses, cash, payroll) in close collaboration with the shared service center,
  • Providing expert advice on invoice accuracy from both tax and accounting perspectives,
  • Coordinating Fixed Asset Management tasks, such as asset deployment, allocation, and depreciation,
  • Offering daytoday operational support to the business units,
  • Analyzing and evaluating the general ledger, recommending enhancements and corrections where necessary,
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings,
  • Compiling monthly VAT declarations, summary statements, and audit reports,
  • Assisting in the preparation, or directly preparing, Income Tax returns,
  • Generating and submitting reports to the Statistical Office and National Bank of Slovakia,
  • Reporting on Intrastat transactions,
  • Preparing local financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements,
  • Coordinating and preparing documentation for external audits, maintaining regular communication with auditors,
  • Ensuring adherence to established Internal Control procedures,
  • Contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes,
  • Collaborating with Group functions to ensure financial compliance,
  • Addressing management inquiries regarding various financial matters.
