As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and partners via phone, chat and email. You'll be responsible for answering a range of queries, from delayed orders to restaurant requests, and communicating solutions in a clear and friendly way. You'll also be expected to:
• Communicate with customers and partners using email, chat and phone
• Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Update information about restaurants in our system, such as opening hours and menus
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely order confirmation
• Collaborate with your teammates to ensure high-level customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction. You'll also need to be a competent PC user, able to multitask and toggle between multiple systems. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is an eye for detail and a resilient approach.
